• As a customer, its nice to know that there is no law that requires you to get more that one estimate. You have the right to choose your repair shop.
• You should choose a shop that is equipped with qualified technicians and modern equipment to repair your vehicle.
• Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages. We will gladly arrange for your vehicle to be transported.
• Some insurance companies will direct you to their direct repair facilities. As the vehicle owner you have a right to choose your repair shop. Just because that repair shop meets the insurance guidelines doesn’t mean it meets yours.
• Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include current part pricing or all necessary work.
• Make sure that the collision repair center offers a written warranty.
• Ask the estimator or manager to show you the work area. A messy and disorganized shop might not be the best shop to repair your vehicle.
• The repairs and refinish of today’s vehicle is a skill. Don’t allow the repair center to compromise the repair by rushing through it to meet insurance car rental guidelines.
